If you are looking for that sort of thing, check out "Blazing Splendor", although its not comprehensive.
Mainly focuses on the times of Chokgyur Lingpa.

This book is not specific to the dzogchen tradition, it is of early siddhas of India of the mahamudra lineage leading to the Kagyu. For historical account of practitioners of dzogchen, you need to look up at the nyingma source, the book Nyingma School of Tibetan Buddhism should be what you are looking for.
