Song of Vajra - RAI or RE

When doing collective practice or even on webcasts I often hear "RE" but when I listen carefully to Rinpoche he seems to say 'RAI' (i.e. like the Italian broadcasting company) instead, and now he's giving the lung for the medium thun, I'm pretty sure he just said 'RAI'

Also, in the dedication of merits, I think I just heard him pronounce a "H" on the first syllable. Is it just me?
