"Even though you have recognized your essence, if you do not get accustomed to it,
You will be carried away by the enemy of thoughts, like a small child in a battle field.
So long as you are not free from the limitations of accepting and rejecting,
That long will you not recognize the view of the innermost secret heart-essence."

Thanks.

I was advised some years ago to seek out a specific empowerment, which he is offering in the UK. I've only ever found it in the US so I am deighted to find it here in the UK. It seems that I have had very positive karma ripening lately. :)

do not miss that rendez-vous ... specially the Dzogchen retreat if you can.

By understanding everything you perceive from the perspective of the view, you are freed from the constraints of philosophical beliefs.
By understanding that any and all mental activity is meditation, you are freed from arbitrary divisions between formal sessions and postmeditation activity.

Thanks. :)

I've asked about attendance as I'm not sure if there are any requirements re. Refuge etc.

Ther generally just want to know if you are already a dzogchen practitioner ... who is your root Guru and so on. The only point is that it may be a bit expensive ...
