Ka Dag Chen Po

The Great Tantra of Beatiful Good Fortune states:

Since the reality of vidyā and dharmatā
exist like the surface of a mirror,
never being obscured by the condition of ignorance (avidyā)
is called "great original purity".

I've found it's not entirely clear to me either. Here it says kadag chenpo but it's description - never being obscured by the condition of ignorance - is what ka dag means in general (pure since the beginning), no? Is ka dag chen po just a specific path term for ka dag at the completion of the path?
