Also easy to say, hard to do, as long as one is under the influence of afflictions.

It is very hard to do. As sem want to do something.
Going through hardship is often great teaching, as one get opportunity to see what the master's meaning, sees when mind painfully grasps to object.
Many disturbations, are one by one teachings. As mind in smoothly being feels no need enough "to listen to the master".

integration...
integrating awareness of the moment, which is emptiness.
integrating awareness of the self, which is emptiness.
integrating awareness of forms, which is emptiness.
integrating words and speach, all dharma (teaching), which is emptiness.
integrating rigpa, which is emptiness.
all these things are not one nor many and yet are one and many, emptiness. nothing besides.

when realised there is nothing to realise, youve always had it in this normal awarness of things within and things without. no within, no without, only emptiness.

easy to say, hard to arrive at. when arrived at... ive always had it!

best wishes, Tom.
in any matters of importance. dont rely on me. i may not know what i am talking about. take what i say as mere speculation. i am not ordained. nor do i have a formal training. i do believe though that if i am wrong on any point. there are those on this site who i hope will quickly point out my mistakes.
