My translation is a little different:

"The basis, one’s vidyā, is like a crystal ball;
its emptiness is the nature of the dharmakāya;
its self-revealing clarity is the sambhogakāya;
and the door of unceasing arising is the nirmanakāya.

It seems obvious that the three translations describe the same process of manifestation ... also the perspective of medium/basis/door for nirmanakaya is slightly different.
