 Post subject: long life mandarava ?

chnn , mentioned the long life mandarava practice, and how important it is to him , abd praised it , i would like to know how to practice it etc . what should i fo, exactly?

There are several books with teachings on the Mandarava practice, including the long sadhana, that you can buy from the Shangshung store. Also some dvd with the mudras and so on. Also this winter he will give a retreat on it that you can attend by webcast or in person.

there are several things about it in the store , which ones to get?
are they all on the same practice?
