A somewhat misleading headline.
In keeping with right speech...
It should be said that the mineral from which the image is carved is meteorite.
The fact that this mineral is "from space" is not unusual at all.
Show me something on Earth that isn't from space.
The whole planet is floating in space!!!
But it is a very cool artifact nonetheless.

And the fact that something from Tibet was carved from meteoritic iron isn't at all unusual either. 'Sky Iron' is a legendary component of thogchags and ritual implements.
Strangely, the statue itself doesn't look particulary Tibetan. Seems to have more of a... Wagnerian thing going on.

It's a really interesting article and a beautiful statue. As for it not looking Tibetan, another article suggests that it's Mongolian in origin.

Im not all that convinced of the idea of nazi occultism, it seems almost a new fascination within media conspiracy circles. i dont suggest there was not some nazi party members who were not into occultism, one has to only look at luminati bavarian germanic roots to know how these things intertwine.
i dont really know too much on such things. i do find the lesser key of solomon quite interesting though, it seems tibetan ritual has some simular patterns.

I think it's a hoax.Most scientist assume it is.Not that it wasn't made from meteorite or whatever,just that the statue isn't that old.

Aghartha or Asgartha is one of the names for the supposed hidden underground south pole city . Check out the book -"Hollow Earth: The Long and Curious History of Imagining Strange Lands, Fantastical Creatures, Advanced Civilizations, and Marvelous Machines Below the Earth's Surface" by David Standish. Really a fascinating read. He goes over the differnt theories from [pseudo]science to mythology on the hollow earth thing. There was actually a strange sort of cult here in the US called Koreshianity that thought the earth was hollow and was trying to get the US government to mount an expedition to the south pole. They weren't nazis though.
