Also consider that no good comes from smoking: you spend money, and thus waste the time you took to accumulate that money, you waste time smoking and time is not an inexhaustible resource as we all have limited time left in our lives, smoking degrades your health over time, smoking is itself a form of suffering, you harm other beings with smoking, smoking harms your inner energy body (an esoteric Buddhist teaching) and can block spiritual realization, and smoking can exacerbate your negative emotions. Smoking is bad for you. think about this and other problems with smoking and gradually ween yourself off of it.

The nuns do a daily tsog (mostly Vajrakilaya) and dedicate it to whoever's in the prayer book for that day.
