The Chinese title is 佛說佛名經 Foshuo Foming-jing. It is T 440 (Bodhiruci translation, 12 juan, http://www.cbeta.org/result/T14/T14n0440.htm) and 441 (unknown translator, 30 juan, http://www.cbeta.org/result/T14/T14n0441.htm).

I don't know of a published Western language translation, and the bulk (it is long) is a list of names of buddhas.

Is it a similar list of names of buddhas that you find in the Mahavastu? In Mahavastu there is a list of 500 Buddhas, Mahavastu is available in english, (the names are in sanskrit).
