Well one of the knots come lose on my wrist mala due to i think me pulling too hard.

So what shall i do with it. I count there are 13 turns (including the initial) after the knot come lose, at least i think knot come lose since i have no idea how many turns there suppose to be. Now there is 2 burn ends sticking (hanging out) out. I tried to tie back but then the ends are too short to even make a normal knot.

shall i?

1. Cut off the ends and burn it to fuse it? I dont know if that is correct because i have no ideas if there is a must to have certain number of knots in a mala or wrist mala.

2. Leave it as it is, again same problem above applies

3. Get it redone or restring. But i heard from some souces that no one beside urself, family and ur teachers/ guru/s can touch ur mala because bad energies may be introduce, if so then how can i get it restring since there is no way some one can restring a mala without touching it.
Well restringing is last resort since my mala is not broken yet and less than a month old.

Also can someone recommend me a shop that do such services, better if the shop also provide services to do water proving casing for say dhrama pills , blessed sand. I got some sitting around i guess it would be good to give them a proper casing to shield them from hash elements of singapore weather.
