Garchen Rinpoche finally arrived safely in Lapchi after a 45-minute helicopter ride on 21 Jul. Rinpoche was supposed to fly to Lapchi on 9 Jul. The trip was delayed over and over again due to bad weather conditions. May Rinpoche have a peaceful retreat in Lapchi.
