Chinese occupation

Here is a good report on the Chinese occupation of Tibet, by Ven. Dhammika, who recently went on pilgrimage there:

Interesting article, David. I like how it's a first-hand account, and I like the mental juxtaposition of Nazi Germany with current-day Tibet.

In any case we should act with wisdom and compassion. As hero's our world has enough.

The torture in the prisons is continuing for political prisoners in Tibet. Those who love the Dalai Lama or say something against the communists are horrible tortured right now. TORTURE MUST STOP!

The United nations, Amnesty International, Human Rights should get more power and not by governments pushed away due to economical and other priorities.

People from everywhere should ask their government to focus on Human Rights for all our human family and specially to stop torture.
“We are each living in our own soap opera. We do not see things as they really are. We see only our interpretations. This is because our minds are always so busy...But when the mind calms down, it becomes clear. This mental clarity enables us to see things as they really are, instead of projecting our commentary on everything.” Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo.
