There is a naga puja given by Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche, shangshung published a booklet on this topic. (I could not find english one in the Italian web shop)http://shangshung.org/store/index.php?m ... cts_id=273
Here is another nagapuja by Jamgon Miphamhttp://www.tbrc.org/#library_work_Objec ... $W2DB16631
by your nick you seem to be Kagyu practitioner, here is a text on torma ritual for nagas in Kagyu ngagdzo.http://www.tbrc.org/#library_work_Objec ... 422$W20876
As you sure know, you will need a reading transmission for any of those text and explanations on how to do the practices. On the other hand it is better not mess with Nagas. If you have a problem with them, you can ask some lama to do a Vajrapani or Garuda practice for you. You can do a sang offering or white sur for them.

As you seem to be somewhat affiliated to Benchen maybe it is of interest for you that Kyabje Tenga Rinpoche often prescribes the practice of Chenrezik SengeDra(Avalokiteshvara Singhanada) in cases of Naga related sicknesses. The polish resident Lama Rinchen can give this Wang and also it is not so long anymore until Kyabe Tenga Rinpoche and Sangye Nyenpa Rinpoche are coming to Europe. If you have problems that you subscribe to Nagas you better ask your Gurus about it, than to start out doint Nagaofferings. just saying
