Not always the best way, as beings in the Bardo are normally driven by their strongest habits from their previous life/lives. Theravadrans believe that the last impression a consciousness has just before dying is the leading/deciding factor for the next rebirth.Mariusz wrote:These mental beings are want to rebirth from bardo state in whatever the best way as soon as possible.
Possibly, but we mustn't forget that there are five skhanda in the human realm. Body is one of the skhanda. If human consciousness was to enter a machine/mechanical body then, by my standards, that would not qualify them as human. Maybe we will need an extra realm of samsaric existence? Cyborg realm?Maybe in the future bardo beings will prefer to choose artificial bodies than human?
I don't consider the ability of a machine to string sequences of words together and compare them to a data base "full of life" and definitely not "full of feelings"!When it occurs we will have not only human intelligence full of life/feelings but also artificial.

Tibetan believe bardo beings can observe the future parents making sex in our world and can choose if "enter" them to be reborn, so perhaps they will choose to enter their enought advanced machine near by someday?
