New version of The Three Principal Aspects of the Path

Postby kirtu » Thu Jun 03, 2010 6:20 pm

Geshe Sonam Rinchen has published a new version of Tsongkhapa's short masterpiece "The Three Principal Aspects of the Path" !

“A perfect introduction to Mahayana Buddhist practice! Geshe Sonam Rinchen gives us a concise and authoritative guide to the heart of the bodhisattva path. Replete with vivid teaching stories from traditional Tibet and the tough-love proverbs of the Kadampa masters, the volume also includes a clear edition and translation of Tsong-kha-pa’s 14-verse root text.”—Guy Newland, author of Introduction to Emptiness

This is really great news and I'm sure this will serve alongside Geshe Wangyal's translation via Michael Roach as a great source of liberation.

You can get a transcript of Gelek Rimpoche's teachings on this text that is fantastic as well.

Thanks for the alert Kirt - Geshe Sonam Rinchen has always been very clear, and Ruth's translations are excellent!
