Informal daily practice

Postby sangyey » Sun Apr 04, 2010 6:45 pm

I am wondering if anyone has any resources or information on mindfulness, vigilance, and carefulness as it pertains to informal practice and daily life?

:thanks:

Hi sangyey,

Maybe this could be helpful:

I often have these qualities in mind, picking one for a day for example.

Thank you so much I will definitely keep that link in mind. I like your idea of picking on just one point and spending a day working on it.
