Thanks for the post. It was a good teaching, and good to see Dan Lusthaus.
1 Myriad dharmas are only mind.
Mind is unobtainable.
What is there to seek?

2 If the Buddha-Nature is seen,
there will be no seeing of a nature in any thing.

3 Neither cultivation nor seated meditation —
this is the pure Chan of Tathagata.

4 With sudden enlightenment to Tathagata Chan,
the six paramitas and myriad means
are complete within that essence.

Yes this looks interesting, too bad it was made private. But there are two recently posted clips from the talk available to the public
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXHC9N5Z1oI" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (40 min)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ErftC3yEcUU" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (10 min)
I don't know if the short one is a clip of the 40 minute one (my internet loads too slow at the moment)

Maybe send a message to the user "bauscym" and ask if you can get access to the full version? If you do let us know.

So how does one watch it, like you did, and get around the "private" black screen?
May all seek, find & follow the Path of Buddhas.

Hm. I never actually watched the video here but went to Youtube. So what I've seen was already linked, the 40 mins film.
