Most of the Eight Great Bodhisattvas are well-known, Manjushri, Avalokiteshvara, Kshitigarbha, Vajrapani et al. But did you know that the first 3 or 4 Kings of Shambhala have the same names as those of these members of the Arya Sangha?
Anyone have knowledge of this curious fact, from the Kalachakra tradition or any where else?
