Is there a shortcut?

Post by Individual »

In this sutta:
http://www.accesstoinsight.org/tipitaka ... .than.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Ignorance-->Sensual desire-->Hatred & Despair-->Freedom

Is there a shortcut around Hatred & Despair?

If not, what is the quickest path through it? :)

Patience.

Shantideva has some good things to say about patience, developing it and subduing anger.

This route is not short, but it can show results in a few months.
