Hi :)

Hi everyone. I'm Ben and I live in England. I'm a composer and producer. I have a huge interest in philosophies and beliefs of the Eastern world and just recently have started a music project of sounds and music inspired by them (don't worry I won't spam anything).

I admit I don't know a huge deal about Buddhism but I am willing and wanting to learn. :)
I look forward to meeting you all!

Greetings Ben and welcome to DW!
“No lists of things to be done. The day providential to itself. The hour. There is no later. This is later. All things of grace and beauty such that one holds them to one's heart have a common provenance in pain. Their birth in grief and ashes.”
- Cormac McCarthy, The Road

Learn this from the waters:
in mountain clefts and chasms,
loud gush the streamlets,
but great rivers flow silently.
- Sutta Nipata 3.725
