activated charcoal for incense

Anything goes (almost).

activated charcoal for incense

I've very nearly exhausted my supply of powdered charcoal for making incense burn. Does anyone have a good source for charcoal bricks or powder? I've been lucky so far, as I've been given the stuff or inherited it...

I'm not sure where you live, but around here any metaphysical bookstore/giftshop will have charcoal. Most Indian/Himalayan gift store will have it, too.

Incense dealers on line will have it as well.

What about at Greek and Russian grocery stores? Eastern orthodox are mad on burning incense! In Greece I buy chacoal and incense resin in super markets! Middle Eastern grocery stores? They use the charcoal for their hookah/nargile (waterpipes).
