The Duhkha Index

Give your current Duhkha level on the scale 0 (nirvana; no duhkha) to 10 (extreme distress compounded by calamity).
Use of decimals permitted.

I'll go first.

Current readings holding steady at 4.3

Oh, absolutely -- use whatever scale you like best. A unique feature of the DI is that the self is always normative. ;)

Not 2.6 but 2 to 6 (2-6) I think is what was intended, according to my reading glasses. LOL :)

Me - I wobble across much the same span, but I'm not even decisive enough to be bipolar, unlike my hero Stephen Fry. ;)
