Where is the peace?

The lack of peace is everywhere. There's war, arguments and hatred in every house, neighborhood, country and continent.

No amount of shouting, fighting and arguing you will not stop this lack-of-peace. Can we even claim to be peaceful - within and without - ourselves?

Can you show me where peace lies, if it exists at all?

I cannot show you where peace lies. You can see for yourself, but this takes practice.

I can show you beings living in peace. It does happen. I am alluding to this:

May peace prevail. :cheers:

In open heart-mind freed from any partiality, there is peace;
When the flower of compassion blossom by joy and love, in rays of equanimity, there is peace.
When emotions - intellects' obscurations are freed in vastness, there is peace.

Beyond-before fabricating mind arises there is peace.
Not enclosed in fictitious mind, neither calm in nowhere, than there is peace.
Many more examples, but I wish you peace.

A wise man once said, "There is no road to peace except to become peace."

One of the most important things we can do is develop a peaceful mind in order to help others do the same. Peaceful minds, no more conflict.

The route to developing peaceful minds in others is that of universal compassion. The mind of pure compassion cannot be penetrated by a negative thought, however powerful.
