Christmas

People often ask me if we celebrate Christmas as a Buddhist. I reply we have a Christmas tree and give presents on December 25th. If pushed I explain that the 25th was a winter festival long before Christianity had been thought up.

So I’ve two questions.

One – do you celebrate Christmas and how?

Two – what do you want for Christmas (I’ve said to people get me nothing, as I’ve got everything I need already)
'Accepting things as they are' and striving to improve them is living the Dharma while causing or accepting suffering because 'that's the way things are' is Nihilism.
