Well, that's a good beginning anyhow.
Now, of those two things, consider which of those two things is most important to you.
Is it to be "healthy and happy" yourself or is it for everyone else to be "healthy and happy" that is the most important one?
Can you be "happy and healthy" yourself or is it really impossible for you to be "healthy and happy" yourself if others are NOT "happy and healthy" also?
What's the answer to that question?
