I suggest that there be an up-datable list of people available to work as free-lance Dharma translators. There could be translators to and from various languages: Tibetan-English, Sanskrit-English, Pali-English, Chinese-English, etc., etc., etc. The translators could be members of Dharmawheel who are advertising their services direct, or they could be recommendations of third-parties made by Dharmawheel members. This could be a really useful resource.
