Starting Yoga /mantas for exercise

So I've been interested in starting Yoga for some time now, but recently I read Lama Yeshe 's book Introduction to Tantra and he really suggested it. But I've read up and am really not sure where to start. I want this to compliment my practice (I practice Tibetan Gelug) so something to do along with that. There seems to be a lot of secular yoga out there but I would want this from the spiritual side, with an emphasis on kundalini, etc. I was wondering if you guys had any books or websites or videos that could help get me started.

Is there a former of Tibetan yoga? That would be perfect.

Also, are there any mantas I could recite while exercising (particularly running)?
