I came across an online edition of A Dictionary Of Chinese Buddhist Terms by by William Edward Soothill and Lewis Hodous

It might be dated but still useful in some aspects as Charles Muller pointed out in his Preface To The Digital Edition.
今以佛眼觀之佛與眾生同住解脫之床。無此無彼無二平等。
