Free copyright expired translation of A Record of the Buddhist Religion as Practised in India and the Malay archipelago (1896):

http://archive.org/details/recordofbuddhist00ichi

Yijing was very detailed about the particulars of Indian Buddhist monasticism and culture in the late 7th century. This translation is dated, but still readable.

PhilPapers General Philosophy Resource:

PhilPapers: Online Research in Philosophy

PhilPapers is a comprehensive directory of online philosophical articles and books by academic philosophers. We monitor journals in many areas of philosophy, as well as archives and personal pages.

PhilPapers: Philosophy of Mind

The philosophy of mind covers all philosophical topics pertaining to the mind and mental states. Its subtopics can be divided in two main ways. First, by the traditional divisions drawn between kinds of mental states: consciousness, intentionality, perception, and other states and processes. Second, by the types of philosophical questions asked about these activities: especially metaphysical questions that have to do with their nature (especially the relation between the mental and the physical) and epistemological questions that have to do with our knowledge of them. The philosophy of mind also overlaps with the philosophy of cognitive science and the philosophy of action.

The Berzin Archives.

"The Berzin Archives is a collection of translations and teachings by Dr. Alexander Berzin primarily on the Mahayana and Vajrayana traditions of Tibetan Buddhism. Covering the areas of sutra, tantra, Kalachakra, dzogchen, and mahamudra meditation, the Archives presents material from all five Tibetan traditions: Nyingma, Sakya, Kagyu, Gelug, and Bon, as well as comparisons with Theravada Buddhism and Islam. Also featured are Tibetan astrology and medicine, Shambhala, and Buddhist history."
