Hello,

I am spending some time in Nepal and also started seeing a Tibetan Medicine doctor every week. He has prescribed several medicines that I am excited to start seeing results from. Is there an online guide with description of the ingredients and usage by name of the Tibetan medicine? I have only been able to read information on a few common names like "Bimala", Semde, etc... but I would love to read about the ones I am starting to take!

Thank you for your help with finding the link to this online resource or website!
