Hello everyone, and greetings from Sweden. My name is Michael and I live in the city of Karlstad about a 4 hour drive west of Stockholm. I am mainly interested in Tibetan Buddhism, but I meditate together with a Thai Sangha here in Karlstad (there aren't any Tibetan Sanghas here), and I have been doing this since january. I have not taken refuge yet in any ceremony, but solely by myself so far.
