As of late the name has become very fitting as I have started a Buddhist Psychotherapy course at Sophia College of Counselling. I have been fascinated by the concepts in Buddhism, particularly how the course applies them to use techniques such as meditation to combat pain, stress, grief and loss and many more.
I also recently lost both of my grandmothers, I have found the principles to be very helpful in letting go of attachment and making me understand how to cope with the grief and loss.
I strongly recommend this course to any of you out there! And am also keen to hear about other inspirational readings people recommend.
I have friends who completed this course (although some years ago) when it was offered in Melbourne. Enjoy!
We pray for their precious lives to be long
We pray for their activities to spread and increase
May we be blessed never to part from the teachers.

I would recommend Shantideva's Guide to the Bodhisattva's Way of Life. One of the most inspirational texts I've ever read and is highly recommended by HHDL and almost any master I have met or heard.
Im not sure if I did it right but I have attached a PDF of the text, if this does not work send me a PM.
May the teachings of the Lion Amongst Men, spread far and wide and may all beings be liberated from this ocean of samsaric suffering!
