Hello from small town Saskatchewan
Hello from small town Saskatchewan
Hello everyone, I am quite new to Buddhism, I've been drawn to it ever since stumbling upon a blog claiming that one could transcend introversion through meditation. Although overcoming this will be an on-going battle, I have noticed immediate benefits and have had some interesting experiences through meditation. Over the past few months I have been picking up various methods and learning what I can online, albeit with no real structure. I'm hoping to find some guidance with the practice and share what I can.

Welcome. I became a Buddhist while living in Moose Jaw, so I can relate to the isolation.
