Re: Accumulating merits

This is a very interesting topic to me. I have long struggled with the idea of merit as it feel to me like "saving money on a bank" for my own benefit. The idea of accumulating merits hence has a stingy taste for me, but I see, read and experience that somehow it is very important and I re...

Re: Yangsi Bokar Rinpoche Introduced

It was really nice. I was so lucky to be at Tergar that day and the Thurpu Labrang was so nice to invite everyone for lunch with His Holines Karmapa, Bokar Rinpoche and Khenpo. Bokar Rinpoche is so elegant, really impressive. Khenpo was smiling like a little boy himself all the time. Bokar Rinpoches...

Re: Any Dream Yogis here?

This is very true, I just visited a retreat about death with Chagdud Khadro, ans she said the same. Dream yoga is an important practice for the moment of the and the moment directly after death. Hence if you manage not to be attached in any form and practice this, it should be very useful in the mom...

Re: Any Dream Yogis here?

I guess, there is simply no difference, attachment to experiences in dreams or in waking-life, attachment is still attachment and practice is practice in waking life and in dreams. .... only that in dreams you might have other options to practice. I could imagine, someone only existing in dreams hea...
