Re: A Thai Actor/Singer/Model Becomes A Bhikkhu
Hi Tidathep, thanks for sharing the story. Do you know if this story was told by Viriyang? Also, I'm curious if you are from the Theravada tradition. I'm asking this because I have visited the Dhamma Wheel in the past and it seems to me that most of the posters there reject supernatural phenomenons,...

Re: The Hunting of Ed Snowden - the evolving power-play
Interesting. I know most of the major news outlets in the US are in bed with the government, but I didn't know it's happening here too. Stop and consider how the reporting on the Conservative Party "robo calling" incident only lasted so long and remained out of the spotlight. We have an i...

Isn't it amazing that babies already have different preferences at such age? It makes me believe more about Karma and Rebirth. Yes, you chose wisely, Tidathep

Re: The Hunting of Ed Snowden - the evolving power-play
China and Russia snoop on their citizens and other countries just like the US. What I don't like is the US hypocritical attitude about the hacking and human rights. After the Snowden's leak and the debacles in Libya and Syria, hopefully they will stop cry wolf about other countries' human rights rec...

The trees in the drawing certainly look more scary than the real life one.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I have a lot of questions, but I'll try to participate whenever I can. Welcome, Bamboo :hi: I think you should have used "and", not "but", in the middle of your second sentence, because asking questions is participating in a very important way. :smil...
