I trained for a while with a couple of teachers from the Shaolin Temple once.. I didn't know there were so many different kinds of Shaolin... I thought it was all one lineage / tradition... Now, no. Before now, at different periods growing up yes. At first, hated it. Later, tasted good. Eventually became vegan. Still vegan. Because it's supposed to be for calves not for human consumption. & in my theory, milk keeps the gut in an infantile state. We are built for growing & adapt...
