Hi, I think you could benefit from Mindfulness = Calming Meditation = Shamata meditation. The very beginning of this practice, would seem to help or fix your problem. Hi, I find a practice is the best for this. You get the benefits of doing it, plus merit, and it helps you form a daily routine. This one is short, but covers everything.
