Difference between Covetousness and Greed
Hello,
I was wondering if someone can explain to me the difference between covetousness and greed? This comes from the 10 unwholesome actions of body, speech, and mind (mind-covetousness) and just not exactly sure what the difference is.
Thank you.

Visualization (Modifying Colors)
Hello,
I was wondering if any knows about the idea of being able to change colors (of a visualization) while doing Deity Yoga?
If you look at Yoga Tantra there is mention of the Five Buddha Families so not sure if there is something implicit there or something like that.
Thank you.

Re: Is there a book about the Nature of Mind by the Dalai Lama?
Hello, is there a book from the current Dalai Lama about the topic of Mind and its nature, rebirth etc.? I've read Luminous Mind by Kalu Rinpoche. Is there an equivalent from the Dalai Lama where he writes about the Nature of Mind from his perspective? And if not are there other Teachers whose book...

Re: Meat Eating Mantras
The best mantra to use is the six syllables of Samantabhadra. A A Ha Sha Sa Ma? A Ah Sha Sa Ma Ha? Is that for Dzogchen practioners or for everybody? Are you supposed to say it 3, 7, 21 times, or just once? Both versions are correct. You can say it once or as many times as you like. When you say it...

Re: Mandala Question
Thanks for the reply. I was looking on Rigpawiki and it said that the Nirmanakaya Mandala consists of the realm of the gods so I guess not sure when it comes to the Sambhogakaya Mandala if it corresponds to a particular realm (like one of the Five Pure Realms). I remember somewhere reading like Akin...

Mandala Question
Hello,
I was wondering if a Mandala belongs to any one of the 31 Planes of Existence? Perhaps one of the Five Pure Abodes......not really sure.
Thank you.

Re: Vajrasattva Question(s)
Does anyone know if there is available a Vajrasattva Guru Yoga (Seven Limb Prayer)? I tried searching the internet but mostly only came up with Sadhana/4 Opponent Power type stuff.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Re: Vajrasattva Question(s)
Is there a main differentiation as to how something is visualized in Yoga Tantra as to how it’s visualized in HYT?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Vajrasattva Question(s)
Hello, I was wondering what class of Tantra Vajrasattva is associated with? I’m assuming he is Vajra Lineage? Also isn’t there something like if you have received an initiation for a deity in one class of Tantra then you can self-generate or visualize yourself as any deity from that class? Thank you.

Re: HHDL Avalokiteshvara empowerment
Does a Jenang allow you to practice the (subsequent) deity with generation of yourself as the deity and everything like that or is it sort of just an additional blessing?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Element Seed Syllable’s (Mandala)
Hello,
I am having a difficult time locating the seed syllables for ‘E,’ ‘Lam,’ and Sum,’ as they pertain to the elements of a mandala. If any knows where I can find these please let me know.
Thank you.

Yes, I have learned it and recite with Ganden Lha Gyama. Informally I recite Tsongkhapa’s shorter mantra.Have you learned the Migtsema? You might enjoy the melody.

Re: Om Ah Ra Ba Tsa Na Dhi
Would it be possible to recite the mantra with faith and devotion towards Lama Tsongkhapa (instead of Manjushri)? Currently I have been reciting Om Ah Guru Vajra Dhara Sumati Kirti Siddhi Hung but would prefer a shorter mantra.
