how will I know I am not a beginner any longer? If a person who has been meditating for 20 years on and off and not getting benefit out of meditation, is he still a beginner? After a while, it becomes part of you. The goal is so you become aware 24/7. Meditation doesn't stop simply because you already left your sitting cushion.
