I use the hummingbird analogy for Zen mind because that's sort of the result of the practice ~ hummingbird mind.

For example, treating your spouse properly can lead to positive "sex karma." ... :namaste: I haven't really studied on what the Buddha teaches about Karma in general but have a vague idea...says something about will,volition,or force creating kamma energies.

Oh, then I must be referring to something else. Cognition or Cognitive function?..not sure but "delusion" does and can happen.

I would presume that delusion has do to with the psychosomatic function in the brain.

Zen lifestyle

I'm learning how to cultivate the Zen lifestyle around my house. I know its about living in the present moment and using the mind as the analogy of a hummingbird. Zen is not exactly anything just mindfulness-awareness consciousness from living moment to moment.
