If I have already received skatipat initiation is it ok to watch this transmission? Is there anything I should know prior to watching?

I practice yantra yoga which has done wonders for my life. So any books by Chogyal Namkhai Norbu are really good. I would also recommend a book called "Kundalini The Evolutionary Energy in Man" It is by Gopi Krishna! You can also watch a great video of him from the 70's http://www.youtube....

I wonder, can we do the yantra yoga practice more then 1 time per day? Is there any limits?

From what i have read in the book the constriction of the glottis is done when performing the longer counts in kumbhaka and in some of the sitting pranayamas where some of the chin locks and other constrictions are performed.

Yeah i watched the dvd a couple of times and it looks like it is direct. I got much better effect with direct breathing anyways.
